2018 Perception Survey Results
We are very proud of our building and our results of the parent, student and staff perception surveys. They were presented to site-based on Nov. 19th -- we found trends, celebrated the high scores and set goals for raising some of the lower scores. It is evident that we have been focusing on building ALL relationships and improving our support systems!!! Kudos to all!!!
The biggest trend data with a lower score was student behavior, attitudes, and discipline. We have scheduled our next staff meeting to focus on understanding our drug/alcohol policies and new state laws regarding discipline. We have also created a team to look at our building and implement a character program next year that focuses on positive school climate, including social/emotional and setting expectations while holding all students accountable. We will continue asking for feedback.
